Brian W. Bowen
President
Brian Bowen has been in the financial planning world for over 20 years. Brian’s financial career began in 1999, working for corporate financial firms. During this time, he learned how to develop creative solutions for income creation, growth, and the protection of retirement assets. Brian quickly realized he wanted to move away from product-based firms and the limited options they provided for his clients. Instead, Brian offers comprehensive solutions, tailored to the individual client, which led him to founding Integrity Financial Planning and Impact Tax Group, LLC.
Brian is one of the few wealth managers in the Roanoke area that obtains the Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) which is a unique credential that allows professional advisors to deeply engage with business owners to help them plan every aspect of their personal financials. Whether they are looking to sell or transition out of the business, Brian is an advisor that is on your team that possesses the CEPA designation to build a more valuable company, align your financial goals and create a solid personal plan that can assist in a confident transition into a successful retirement.
He is also host of his popular radio show, “Retire with Integrity” where he coaches listeners about important financial topics, how to build a comprehensive retirement plan, and helps prepare your finances for tomorrow. “Retire with Integrity” can be heard on radio stations all across the country. Brian’s other notable appearances include Forbes, CNN Money, Fortune, and Money Magazine.
Brian grew up with two siblings: an older brother and younger sister, in Glendale, Arizona; but has always loved Virginia. He decided to move to the old dominion state in 2006. Brian is active in his church and enjoys spending time with his six children, boating on Smith Mountain Lake and being outdoors.
Kim Scott
CPA
Kim is a Tax Accountant with a degree in BBA in Accounting and Finance from Radford University. When Kim became a member of the Integrity Financial family she had been serving clients for more than 26 years. Throughout her career, she has developed strategic plans that have saved her client’s financial structure. Kim’s experience lies with clients ranging from multiple small privately owned businesses to several large public corporations and fortune 500 companies. In addition, her experience and knowledge she has helped minimize taxes for families as they progress through life. In her free time, Kim enjoys gardening, reading, hiking, and biking.
EMILY ELFALLAH
Senior Client Services/Financial Planner
Emily, a Texas Native, brings an array of experience to Integrity Financial Planning’s team. With 8+ years as a client service associate. From Raymond James to Fidelity, she is no stranger to the financial world.
With her articulate, upbeat, and positive mindset, Emily is an expert at providing options and resolving issues. She leads our Senior Clinet Services team while also serving as a financial planner. Emily enjoys photography, being outdoors, and spending time with her Family, Friends, and 2 dogs!
Maddi White
Financial Planner, CEPA
Maddi is a client-oriented professional who brings in over 4 years of management and sales experience. With a background in client service management, she is passionate about helping clients reach their goals by cultivating integrity-based key-client relationships.
Maddi was born and raised in small-town WV where she spent time hiking the New River Gorge and spending time with her family. Once she received her Bachelor’s in Business Administration and Management from Concord University, Maddi moved to Goodview, VA with her husband.
Outside of work, Maddi enjoys reading books, spending time with her family, and going to church on Sundays. She is excited to continue to learn and grow with Integrity Financial Planning, and the great people who work there.
Louise Ebeltoft
Client Services Associate
Louise has had a long and varied career, giving her insight into many facets of life. She truly enjoys the daily interaction with clients and keeps a busy office running smoothly. Louise has had a long and varied career giving her insight into many facets of life. Early in her career, as an instructor for IBM, the principle “The client/customer is king” became part of her personal fabric and has guided her throughout her professional life.
After a successful career selling computer based systems to ‘blue chip’ Wall Street law firms, she left the corporate world to become an innkeeper. The inn, located in CT, won numerous awards for its atmosphere, the quality of its food and the beauty of its accommodations. Attention to detail became another hallmark of her career.
Louise performs the daily office tasks required to make a tax office run smoothly and efficiently.

This basic tax intake tool is designed for new clients and allows you to gather the information you need for us to help you. You can then print the completed tax intake tool and mail it, drop it off at our offices or request a client portal be sent to you to upload from home… whichever way best serves you!
NEVER fax or e-mail the completed forms over the phone lines or unsecured internet connection… It’s not safe! We can help you go over the internet through our private IT system with Client Portals if you desire.
